All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 3 to 7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5 to 10 business days

These delivery timelines are estimated and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout before placing the order. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on selected products or order values.


4. Delivery Partners

We ship orders using trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if available).


5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive tracking details. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the order updates.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

If an order delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Be-Specific will not be responsible for re-shipping charges or delivery delays.

  • Government restrictions

  • Unexpected operational issues

In such cases, we request your patience and cooperation.


8. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened:

  • Do not accept the delivery (if possible)

  • Take clear photos/videos of the package

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will assist you as per our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
