Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Be-Specific, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth experience. This policy explains the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return / Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received an incomplete order (missing items)

  • The package was tampered with at the time of delivery

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with invoice/order details


2. Items Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or opened

  • The seal is broken after delivery

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or customer unavailability

  • Any return request raised after the allowed timeline


3. Return / Exchange Request Timeline

You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.


4. How to Request a Return / Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please share:

  • Order ID

  • Registered phone number or email

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging

  • Reason for the request

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only after verification and approval.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is unavailable after payment

  • A return request is approved

  • A wrong/damaged product was delivered and replacement is not available

Refund processing time: 5 to 10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or processed via bank transfer if required.


6. Replacement / Exchange Policy

If your request is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, or

  • Exchange (only if applicable and available)

Replacement/exchange will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after approval.


7. Shipping Charges

If the return or exchange is approved due to a wrong or damaged product delivered, shipping will be handled by Be-Specific. In other cases, shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted.


8. Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped. If the order is already shipped, cancellation cannot be done.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Contact your bank (processing time may vary)
