At Be-Specific, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth experience. This policy explains the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
You can request a return or exchange only if:
You received a damaged product
You received a wrong product
You received an incomplete order (missing items)
The package was tampered with at the time of delivery
To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused and unopened
In original packaging
Returned with invoice/order details
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product has been used or opened
The seal is broken after delivery
The product is damaged due to customer handling
Orders placed with incorrect address or customer unavailability
Any return request raised after the allowed timeline
You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds are applicable only after verification and approval.
Refunds may be issued if:
The product is unavailable after payment
A return request is approved
A wrong/damaged product was delivered and replacement is not available
Refund processing time: 5 to 10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or processed via bank transfer if required.
If your request is approved, we will offer:
Replacement of the same product, or
Exchange (only if applicable and available)
Replacement/exchange will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after approval.
If the return or exchange is approved due to a wrong or damaged product delivered, shipping will be handled by Be-Specific. In other cases, shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
Order cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped. If the order is already shipped, cancellation cannot be done.
